I created this 90-day program to help executives, aspiring leaders, and entrepreneurs quickly earn six- to seven-figure incomes while improving their confidence with a strong leadership style, a clear vision, and a thriving team environment.

This course is the culmination of my 40+ years of lived experience. I went from being the youngest of three who wasn't expected to be successful to leading hundreds of people in seven countries across the globe. I struggled early in 2004 when I was employee #40 at Zappos, and we were a scrappy start-up that had to bootstrap everything we did. That is where I learned what great leadership looked like and how I started to develop my own leadership style.

I took that with me as an innovator at Netflix, where in my 8+ years there I built the Netflix Creative Studio from the ground up to a team of over 135+ employees and 300+ vendors all over the world. I learned to refine my skills and continued to add new ones.
